This is surely the best great budget hotel, efficient staff, cheap rooms. Good and perfect location for visiting restaurants and bars close to the venue. And it's just a short walk away from downtown.

Their breakfast is not very good, can be better.

Great and delicious meals. Absolutely perfect location to the main tourist area of Tumon. Excellent service and an in-house restaurant onsite. Early check-in and late check-out, attentive staff.

Wi-Fi was bad.

Gorgeous breakfast items; efficient staff. Cheap, huge room with a private bathroom and a shower, hair dryers and toiletries. Central location, relatively near Matapang Beach Park. Excellent restaurant a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

All the staff was courteous and very polite. The hotel's location was central, to DFS mall. Besides, we were not far from the center of the strip, and the beach and touristic areas.

In general, the hotel was clean. Units with a queen size bed. Excellent service was provided here. Took the advantage of the parking behind the property. Perfect location - an easy walk to everywhere we needed.

The stuff where courteous, provided amazing services. The rooms were great-sized, huge, and had a sitting area, a work desk, and an electric kettle.

The rooms were cheap and new-fashioned and I liked welcoming staff.

The hotel offers particularly good location on the beach right to the center of the town.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the beach and within walking distance of a public beach. The rooms offer a view of Tumon Bay from the balcony, and there is a mini fridge provided for guests' convenience.

The pool area lacks sun umbrellas and needs general upkeep.

Price quality

It was okay.

My room was cheap, there were a sitting area, a work desk, and an electric kettle. The bed was big, the bathroom was clean. The location was marvellous for me as it was so close to restaurants and and shopping stores as well as the main tourist area. I ate in the in-house restaurant nearby.

Spacious room

I liked it.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. Beach is nearby with excellent view. Public transportation is conveniently located opposite the lobby and free shuttle buses have a stop there. Taxi service is easy to book. Good facilitations and airport shuttle service available. Beach is just a short 3-minute walk and great for swimming.

It was in a central location, to everything you 'll need. Views of the ocean were nice, the room was new-fashioned and huge.

Marvellous location right by night life, the Outrigger and great potential to be elegant again if fixed up, could not be better. Also, within walking distance of a public beach.
